Cutter is a basic Copy Ability debuting in Kirby's Adventure.
In canon[]
Cutter is a copy ability that is gained from enemies like Sir Kibble. When obtained, Kirby has a yellow boomerang and a hat with a mohawk style spike on it, similar to Sir Kibble's helmet. Kirby can throw his boomerangs, or move using them.

In TRF, Shadow Kirby's hat is grey instead of yellow.
Kirby Mechanical Planet of the Stars[]
In MPS, Parallel Ribbon can get this ability, and when she does, her hat is hanging off her head, since it doesn't fit. It also is purple, instead of yellow.
