Sword Knight appears as a common enemy in the Kirby series. He also appears in Kirby: Right Back at Ya!, where he is one of Meta Knight's servants.

Sword Knight returns in this sequel to the Kirby anime, reprising his role as Meta Knight's servant. Him and Blade Knight also play prominent roles in The Wrath of Meta Knight, ultimately being the ones who get rid of Meta Knight's brainwashing for good.. Sword Knight ultimately sacrifices himself to save Meta Knight during Episode 96.
